Spells Require Relaxation

If there was ever a time for us to be casting it is now.


Please be aware, however, that if you are casting with tension in your body, mind or emotions, you are working AGAINST yourself.


Please remember this.


Magic cast in a relaxed state brings infinite good; whereas magic cast in a tense state brings violent, unwanted results.


Do you think you can't relax in the midst of all that is going on? If your ancestor Magi were able to do it in the midst of their troubles, then so can we.


Here is how:


1. Tell your body once out loud "BODY, RELAX NOW!" It has to obey. Do not take no for an answer. Go through your body, part by part and mentally tell each part, "relax now."


Breathe slowly, gently and rhythmically as you do so


2. Tell your mind once out loud, "THOUGHTS, RELAX NOW!" Watch your thought patterns for a few moments, and mentally tell each thought pattern to "relax now."


Breathe slowly, gently and rhythmically as you do so.


3. Tell your emotions once, out loud, "EMOTIONS, RELAX NOW!"


Feel your feelings for a few moments, and mentally tell each emotion to "relax now."


Now you are relaxed, in just a few minutes, and are ready to proceed to safely and successfully cast!


Let's get ourselves ahead of the curve. Let's use this time to cast amazing magic for our futures!
