Once the jar is filled with money, keep a bit of the money as seed, donate the rest to a charity, and begin to fill the jar again. Enhancing the Effectiveness of Money Spells with Chants and Visualization Chants and visualization are powerful tools that can enhance the effectiveness of your money spells. Chants are short, positive statements (sometimes in rhyme) that you can repeat to yourself to attract abundance and prosperity. Visualization is the practice of creating mental images of your desires. Create chants that align with your financial goals. Repeat these chants daily, preferably in the morning and before bed. Next, visualize yourself already having achieved your financial goals. Feel the emotions of abundance and prosperity. The more you feel the feelings, the more powerful your intention will be. Precautions and Ethical Considerations When Casting Money Spells It is essential to approach money spells with caution and ethical considerations. Money spells should not be used to harm others or attract money through illegal means. It is also important to remember that money spells are not a substitute for hard work and effort, and you still need to put in the work to achieve your financial goals. Conclusion - Final Thoughts on Manifesting Wealth with Money Spells Money spells are a powerful tool that can help you manifest wealth and prosperity into your life. The Grand Conjunction of 2020 As you may remember, this past Winter Solstice saw a Grand Conjunction. This conjunction was between Jupiter (expansion) and Saturn (completion). This happened in the sign of Aquarius. A similar conjunction happened in 7 BC in the sign of Pisces which ushered in our last age of Pisces. This past Winter Solstice the conjunction let us know that we have officially cut ties with the age of Pisces. We are out of the cusp. We are fully and freely in our new age of Aquarius. Ghosts of Pisces Pisces' lesson was to believe, while Aquarius teaches us to know. In the age of Pisces, our faith was based on belief. In Aquarius our faith is based on knowledge. The ghosts of old beliefs will roam the earth; but just as with any other ghost, we must let them pass on. No longer can mere belief be enough for us. Aquarius demands that we know the complete truth. Let the past be gone and behold our magnificent new age with wonder! The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth Psalm 37 teaches us, "But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace." In the Psalmic initiatory path, meek means adept. An adept is one who is at peace within and without. Aquarius is the sign of the Adept. Adepts come from all traditions, cultures and paths. In the New Testament, these adepts are called Magi. Aquarius is the Age of the adept. You can become adept. You can become one of the Magi. You can inherit the earth. Distinguishing the Voices of Spirit and Ego Have you ever struggled to differentiate between the voice of Spirit and ego? It can be challenging to discern which voice motivates us, especially considering the "voice" we refer to is not always audible. Instead, it's an inner urging or guidance. Typically, the ego mind is the first and loudest voice we hear, while the voice of our spiritual guidance is a still, small, persistent voice that seldom raises its volume. It's impossible to listen to both voices simultaneously. The voice we usually pay attention to is the one we hear most clearly. When we're in a state of fear, we tend to listen to the ego's voice. To identify which voice you're hearing, try finding a moment of relaxation and peace. You don't need to perform an elaborate ritual to do this; take a moment to relax your body and ask for peace. Once you've quieted your chattering mind, you'll be able to hear the voice of Spirit that endures in that peaceful realm. Embracing Magic: A Path to Wisdom and Unity Let's consider how this applies to magic. Often, people view magic as something that only occurs in a designated space, such as an altar or magic circle. However, magic occurs in the inner planes. Discerning between the two voices in your mind can bring magic into your life and create a more harmonious existence by focusing on the world of magic within rather than the world of the ego without. After completing a spell, ritual, or operation, we must remain open to the magic surrounding us. By regularly and systematically relaxing our minds and bodies, we open ourselves up to a different realm, often drowned out by the outer world's noise. The voice that pulls us out of the magical realm and into the mundane is part of our mind that wants to keep us stuck and separate, creating an internal war between magic and the mundane. Magic, as defined here, is the science of the Magi, tracing back to the wise people of the Near East. Despite the vilification of magical workers throughout history, the ancient way of the magus is a path of wisdom and unity, a way to connect to Spirit and to see beyond the physical world. Magic is a path that can alter our experiences of the mundane world, but more importantly, it's a way of living and experiencing the world of Spirit. We can find courage and vigilance to stay true to our journey of wisdom and unity by staying focused on the magical world of peace within us. Magic Through the Ages Throughout different eras, the Craft has taken on various forms. During the Arian age, for instance, the Hebrew faith probably embodied the Craft, while in the Taurean age, it was the Egyptian faith, and during the Gemini era, the Druids were prevalent. Regardless of the era, those practicing magic are often destroyed or oppressed by those in power and occasionally subjected to severe punishments such as being burned at the stake. We can look at this on a smaller scale and ask ourselves if we are at odds with the inner magus. Are we burning ourselves at the stake or embracing Spirit? Are we allowing the magic to be the truth reflected in the mundane, or are we imprisoned by the mundane world? We must be mindful of which voice we listen to – the voice for peace from within or the voice of separation and fear that focuses on the outer world. The science of the Magi teaches us to focus on the inner world and let it guide the external world rather than working from the outside, leading to tension and turmoil. Wars and conflicts arise when we believe in the illusions of the outer world and fail to understand the inner magical planes of creation. Unlocking the Age of Aquarius: Embracing Knowledge Unique challenges continue to arise as we transition from a belief-based society (Pisces) to one based on knowledge (Aquarius), and old belief systems must be discarded. But change is necessary for growth, and we must embrace it. As we move into the new era where knowledge is valued over belief, we must adapt and change our ways. The transition may be difficult, but achieving this growth and understanding is necessary. Nowadays, in the Aquarian age, technology has a significant impact, and digital gatherings of magi are becoming more common. Despite the era, magi are a peaceful people. The Magi immerse themselves in relaxation, diving into the magical realm rather than focusing on mundane external concerns. The Internal vs. External Tensions of Christianity: A Magical Perspective Concerning Christianity, the external tenets are often highlighted, while the internal, magical aspects are ignored. This is due to the de-imagination and externalization of the faith, which has utterly destroyed its magical elements. There has been a focused effort to de-legitimize the magical components of Christianity, resulting in the imprisonment, ex-communication, and even murder of those who practice magic. However, the Bible acknowledges the importance of magic through the story of the Magi. These Craft practitioners were astrologers who used their magic to locate the baby, Jesus, providing him with the resources necessary for his future. They recognized the ushering in of a new age and ensured the Craft had the support it needed to thrive. Whether or not you believe in Christianity, it's essential to recognize the magical elements that exist within it. The Magi serve as a reminder that magic can be found in unexpected places and that it's up to individuals to recognize and cultivate it. The War Between the Magical and the Mundane The gospels were rewritten and highly edited by people who sought to establish orthodoxy, which contradicted the teachings of the character Jesus. While the actual existence of Jesus remains a topic of debate, the teachings attributed to him were not conducive to dogma or orthodoxy. This contradiction between the external and the magical, the tense and the relaxed, is a reflection of war within ourselves. The voice that leads us into the magical realm is still and small, wherein all things are made possible and where we have power over the physical. In contrast, the ego's voice takes us out of the magical, into a world of fear and separation, and is at war with the magical. To access the magical realm, we must remain vigilant for peace, for as soon as that peace is gone, we find ourselves outside the magical realm and back in the mundane. We must learn to calm our minds and reestablish our foothold in the magical world, even without magical tools. We do this by finding the still, small voice that guides us into and through the magical territories. Becoming adept requires training the mind to stay peaceful, no matter what seems to be happening around us. This way, we remain on the path of the magical rather than diverting ourselves and finding ourselves in a world of fear. We cannot experience love and fear simultaneously. By recognizing the tension we encounter, we can determine which voice we are listening to and which realm we are walking in. Remember that by learning to listen to Spirit's guidance rather than the voice of the ego, you can embrace the life of magical possibilities that you have been blessed with. Divine Justice is Your Right Sometimes it seems like there is no justice in the world, yet this is untrue. Take heart if you are experiencing a challenge where you feel injustice prevails. Although it feels like it is creeping along at a snail's pace, Divine Justice always wins. You are a divine being with divine rights. If earthly justice seems to have stalled, call on Infinite Spirit and claim your right to Divine Justice right now. If you are in a situation where grave injustice seems to be occurring, you may find that the Divine Justice Spell is a potent tool to get things moving along a more just path. By working the Divine Justice Spell, you place yourself directly in the stream of Divine Justice. The stream of Divine Justice cannot be stalled, thwarted, reversed, or side-stepped in any manner. Nothing can escape Divine Justice, and this spell seems to help us get directly in the flow of this great power. How To Work The Divine Justice Spell There are many types of justice spells. If you want to incorporate other techniques with the Divine Justice Spell, please do so. However, you need nothing but the Book of Psalms to work the Divine Justice Spell. Using the Psalm Magic Formula, work one Psalm each day from the Justice Psalms collection: Day 1: Psalm 4 Day 2: Psalm 35 Day 3: Psalm 52 Day 4: Psalm 72 Day 5: Psalm 82 Day 6: Psalm 94 Day 7: Psalm 149 The Justice Psalms collection is available on our Psalm Collections page for easy access. Work the Magic Until it "Clicks" As with all magic, check in with your emotions once you have completed the spell. If you have a sense of peace and certainty that justice will prevail, it is a sign from your deep mind that the spell has "taken" and manifestation is immanent. If, on the other hand, you don't have a sense of peace about the situation at hand, then repeat the spell. Repeat the Divine Justice Spell as many times as necessary until you achieve peace and certainty. Remember that you are not on your own. Infinite Intelligence wants only good for you. If you need help, all you have to do is ask for it. Keep Quiet About The Matter We all need a person or two to vent our fears and frustrations. But be careful that you don't vent in general. Mostly, avoid speaking of the issue to people except when necessary. The more you keep quiet about the situation, the easier it is for the magic to work on your behalf. Maintain your poise and maintain peace and certainty about the situation. Anytime you doubt or despair, tell yourself: "Divine Justice now prevails. All is well. Everything is working out in perfect ways for my highest good." "Only good can come from this. I am divinely protected in all ways." "I am divinely guided and led by Spirit. I know exactly what to do at every instant." "Divine Justice is the only reality in my life and affairs." To work practical magic, you must be able to quiet your mind and relax your body. This is always the first step, no matter what method of magic you use. When I first learned the Craft, my teacher taught me that tension creates a shield in our auras. This shield keeps us in and the rest of the world out. Imagine trying to project a thought form against a thick wall. It won’t go anywhere. This happens to you when you try to cast a spell with your mental shield up. Trying to work practical magic in a state of tension and upset can cause your spell to have no results or, even worse, results in you don’t want. I frequently caution people against casting spells when in panic or desperation. Magic gives us more of what we put into it. If we are projecting desperation into our magic, we can expect desperate results. We keep our desires from manifesting when we surround them with mental and physical tension. When we learn to let go of that tension and quiet our minds, we access the power to realize our desires. Where there's mental tension, there is a corresponding tension in the body. You can be certain your mental shield is down when your body is in a state of relaxation. Other free tools I have that can help you establish and maintain relaxation are the Off Switch and the Magic Minute. Before you cast any spell, I recommend you take a few minutes to relax each part of your body. Tell yourself, “My eyes are relaxed, my jaw is relaxed, my neck is relaxed, my shoulders are relaxed,” etc. If you notice your mind racing and not letting you have the peace you desire, dispel those thoughts with the words, “PEACE. BE STILL,” stated either silently or aloud. When your body and mind are relaxed, then you are in a state where you can cast your spell and affect genuine change. Relaxation is a skill. Like any other skill, we must practice it daily. This enables the levels of relaxation we achieve to deepen over time. By relaxing our bodies and minds, we can access magical power. The more we practice this state, the more we can increase our power to change. Here is a lecture I gave on this topic that also contains a small guided relaxation within it:

(affiliate links may be included in this article) White Magic vs. Black Magic It's very common to hear people describe magic as either black magic or white magic. To these people, black magic is associated with attacking, hexing, and cursing, whereas they believe white magic to be positive, blessing, and healing. These same people often call gray magic an ethical middle ground, whatever that means. Please note that in the system of gray magic that I outline here, white, gray, and black, have nothing to do with ethics or morals. In gray magic, white represents what is invisible, while black represents complete manifestation and tangibility. If we assign black the value of 1 and white the value of 9, we have seven layers of grey between them. This is a 9-step value scale. Gray offers an easy way of perceiving levels of light and darkness accurately. Colors also have values. The true values of colors can be more challenging to perceive than gray, which is why color magic can sometimes be tricky. I will cover this topic more in my upcoming Color Magic course. Stay tuned When using gray magic to manifest something, we must bring our desire from white (the visible thought plane) through the seven values of gray into black (the visible or manifest plane). To eliminate something, we do the same thing in reverse. We start with the manifest (black) and lighten the values through all seven levels of gray until we get to white (the invisible). A Grayscale Talisman Making a talisman using a nine-step value scale is a powerful way to work gray magic. You don’t need to draw the circles for this talisman yourself; You can print off a page of talisman forms taken from my upcoming Color Magic course here. If you want to draw the circles yourself, use a compass to draw a small 1-inch circle in the center of a white paper or card. Then draw some concentric circles, each a half inch larger than the last, until you have drawn nine layers. Write a keyword in the center circle representing your desire. You can alternatively draw a small symbol of your desire instead of a keyword. For manifestation spells, start by leaving the outer layer of the circle white. Then fill in the seven different values as best as possible, gradually darkening the gray at each successive layer. Last, fill in the center of the circle with black. Be sure to cover the word or symbol entirely in black. For elimination spells, start by coloring in the center circle black (covering your keyword or symbol). Then fill in the seven gray layers, each layer successively lighter, until you reach the last layer, which remains white. I learned this technique using a #2 pencil to make my talisman. By varying the pressure with each layer, you can get gradually darker values as you reach the circle's center. Not being a trained artist, I struggled with making a smooth gradient using only a #2 pencil. Also, the center was difficult to color a dark black. I purchased some graphite pencils with various leads to help me vary the values of gray. They were very affordable and made the process so much easier and enjoyable. Artists’ charcoal pencils also work very well for value talismans. You can also use gray colored pencils or crayons. Vary the pressure and add layers of white and black to darken the value. You can also find crayons and pencils of different shades of gray, which makes it even easier. Gray markers, inks, or paints are other ways to create grayscale talismans. Artistic Ability Is Unnecessary How well you create a grayscale on your talisman does not affect your magical results. All is well, as long as your talisman has a white outer layer, a black center, and some gray in the middle. The talisman is a device to bring your desire through the value scale in your mind. Of course, as with any magic, it pays to do your best. What you put into your magic is what you get out of it. But please don't confuse artistic ability with magical success. Define Your Keyword or Symbol In this operation, you use a single word or symbol to convey an entire idea to your deep mind. Make sure you take some time to define what that word or symbol means for that talisman. For instance, if you are making a talisman for a new job, you could choose the word, JOB. But before making your talisman write in your notebook or state aloud something like, "In this talisman, the word JOB means that I am gainfully employed doing ______," Then take time to list the various qualities of the job that you desire. When Banishing or Eliminating White acts like bleach in gray magic; it bleaches out what we desire to eliminate. When we eliminate something, we create a void; therefore, we begin with the idea of what will fill the vacuum before we create that vacuum. For instance, if you are making a talisman to eliminate migraines, you might choose the word "HEALTH." You wouldn't write the keyword "MIGRAINES" in the circle to eliminate it. Instead, write a word representing what will fill the void once the migraines are gone. In this example, that keyword is "HEALTH." State aloud or write in your notebook, "In this talisman, the word HEALTH means that I have eliminated my migraines. I am so happy that I constantly feel joy and pleasure instead of migraines. I thank my body for feeling so good and having such wonderful health." You have already defined this talisman's word "health" to include eliminating migraines, so you have covered all your bases. Since this spell eliminates something, you would begin by filling the center circle with black, coloring over your keyword completely, and moving out to the white perimeter, filling each successive layer with lighter gray. Recap Draw a 1-inch circle on white paper or card, then draw nine more concentric circles, each a half inch larger than the last. (You can also print out sheets of blank value talisman forms) Define your desire and distill your desire into a single word or symbol. Write your word or symbol in the center circle. For manifesting: leave the outer layer of the talisman white, and color a deeper shade of gray with each successive layer until you get to the center circle, which you color completely black. Be sure to cover the keyword completely with black. For eliminating. Start by coloring the center circle black. Make sure you cover your keyword. Fill each successive layer of the talisman with a lighter shade of gray until you get to the outer layer, which you leave completely white. Hide your completed talisman somewhere in your home. Once your desire has come to pass, rip it up and throw it away. Candles, Perfumes, and Timing Whether you desire to charge the talisman with a candle is completely up to you. If you burn candles, burn a white candle for elimination and a black candle for manifestation. It is a common practice in many forms of candle magic to burn black candles for banishing and white for bringing blessings. But in gray magic, white causes elimination, and black brings manifestation. Using Perfumes to consecrate your talismans isn't necessary, but I still like to use them. I use generic perfumes such as Eau de Cologne, verbena, or lavender for gray magic. You can work gray magic during any lunar phase without casting circles and on any day of the week. No planetary correspondences are required. I hope you enjoy this sometimes challenging but always rewarding magical practice. After you finish the last day of the Door Opener Psalm Spell, note how you feel. If you feel a sense of peace and certainty about your situation after you have completed the spell, that means your spell is finished, and you don't need to do anything more. If you don't have a sense of peace and certainty after you have completed the seven days, repeat the entire spell. You can repeat the spell as many times as you need to find that sense of peace and certainty. Feelings of peace and certainty are how your deep mind communicates to your that your spell has "taken" and that manifestation is imminent. Freedom Is Your Birthright Psalm Magic works by reconditioning your deep mind. Allow yourself to change all your ideas about what you deserve. Throughout each day that you are working this spell, remind yourself frequently: Divine Order now takes charge of every aspect of my body, mind, and affairs. Infinite Intelligence leads and guides me in every way. My inner guidance leads me to greater freedom and self-expression each day. Whenever I feel restricted, I immediately turn my attention to Infinite Intelligence within me and allow it to guide me to freedom instantly. I choose freedom. I choose happiness. Infinite Spirit opens new doors for me today and every day. I walk through them boldly, and I accept all my blessings.
